The lean module enables the Lean and 6 Sigma initiatives by dynamically creating a value stream map, value network map, routing analysis, and lean reports. Static value stream analyzer tools
provide a snapshot of the value stream, yet with constraints changing, the created value stream is obsolete before it is published.
The lean module generates a new set of maps
based on the
current constraints, process flow, and routing information making it the tool of choice to create and analyze the lean implementation.
