Question on assigning multiple resources, tech scribe and doctor

How do i do this? I have techscribes that will help out the scribes. Both are there for the treatment cycle and remaining activities after the Dr is done with the patient. I have to write code in other tools I've used to accomplish this (sieze resource for example) . I want the techscribes to be a helper to the scribes. The dr will have one or the other during the cycle time and then when dr leaves, they stay after for remaining time. I do not want to have to hard code when to seize or release resources by having to write code, the group using the software have healthcare backgrounds and do not have experience with simulation or scripting. Simcad Health includes support for the required functionality using standard built-in behavior. TreatmentFlows will include the various tasks required to be performed. The Dr resource and either a Scribe or TechScribe will be required for the treatment process. Following the treatment process the Scribe or TechScribe remains with the patient until the visit is complete. No scripting, coding, or custom logic is needed for the required behavior as it is implemented using check boxes that everyone is familiar with.
