How it Works

Phase 1 - Data and Organizational Assessment

The CreateASoft team will work with your data team to provide a comprehensive analysis of the accuracy, integrity, and relevance of the data used within the digital twin environment. This evaluation ensures that all modeled systems and processes accurately reflect real-world operations and conditions.

Phase 2 - Implementing the Digital Twin

Our team develops a fully immersive digital twin of your operation in 2D, 3D, and VR. Once completed, the digital twin is used for offline analysis, training regenerative AI models, and generating initial optimization results.

Phase 3 - Go Live - Turn the Digital Twin into Live Monitoring system

Connect the developed Digital Twin model to live data systems (WMS, WCS, ERP, SAP, ...), connect PLCs, RTLS systems, AGVs/AMRs, ... and enable the live monitoring. Web-Enabled dashboards are used to convey productivity, efficiency, operational data, and other KPI metrics in Real-Time.

Phase 4 - Enable AI/ML using our integrated Regenerative AI Engine

With all the data in the system, the AI/ML engine is enabled to consume the live data, understand historical data, and generate predictive analytics, optimization, alerts, maintenance schedule, and other operational optimization.

Phase 5 - Training and knowledge transfer

Train your team to operate, understand and utilize the system dashboards.
