- Select 'Basket' from the drop down menu
- Check Stop the process after
- Enter 1
- Use the Generic Process tool
- Create 'Load Basket'
- Customize and go into Carrier Requirement
- Select Insert New Definition -
- Object Type - Default Object
- Carrier Requirement - Basket
- Carrier Waits - Check
- Min Load - 1
- Max Load - 1
- Finally set Minimum Carrier Size to 1
- Next create 'Unload Basket'
- Finally use the End Process tool
- Connect the model together –
- 'Start' and 'Start (Basket)' to 'Load Basket'
- 'Load Basket' to 'Unload Basket'
- 'Unload Basket' to 'End'
- ’Unload Basket' circle back to 'Load Basket'
- Select the connection line from 'Unload Basket' to 'Load Basket'
- Go into Behavior: Conveyor, Polling, and Carriers
- Check Define Empty Carrier Path
- Run the simulation
