  • Go into Objects and Containment
    • Check Display Object Value
  • Now go into Carriers and Robots
    • Enter 'Basket' click Add
  • Use the Start Process tool
    • Create 'Start'
    • o Create ‘Start (Basket)'
      • Create 'Start'
      • Create ‘Start (Basket)'
        • Go into Define Object Creation Rules
          - itch to Create Carriers Only
          - Select 'Basket' from the drop down menu
          - Check Stop the process after
               - Enter 1
  • Use the Generic Process tool
    • Create 'Load Basket'
      • Customize and go into Carrier Requirement
        • Select Insert New Definition -
        • Object Type - Default Object
        • Carrier Requirement - Basket
        • Carrier Waits - Check
        • Min Load - 1
        • Max Load - 1
        • Finally set Minimum Carrier Size to 1
  • Next create 'Unload Basket'
  • Finally use the End Process tool
    • Create 'End'
  • Connect the model together –
    • 'Start' and 'Start (Basket)' to 'Load Basket'
    • 'Load Basket' to 'Unload Basket'
    • 'Unload Basket' to 'End'
    • ’Unload Basket' circle back to 'Load Basket'
  • Select the connection line from 'Unload Basket' to 'Load Basket'
    • Go into Behavior: Conveyor, Polling, and Carriers
      • Check Define Empty Carrier Path
  • Run the simulation
